What is a KEY?
What is an Access Code?
A KEY is a license for an individual to view the On-Line Portal segments. It is a five LETTER code that you will enter each time you log in to Portal #1.
The KEY will countdown the days after you log in the first time. Each KEY is set for a specific number of days access. Your Volunteer Coordinator will tell you how many days you have to complete the required segments.
An Access/Organization CODE allows an individual to log in to their Hospice’s Subscription Training Site for E-Learning Portals. Your Coordinator will provide the ACCESS/Organization CODE for your hospice.
To register, enter your contact information and set up a User Name and Password. Enter the CODE as part of the registration process..
Each Course has a specified number of days access.
Your Volunteer Coordinator will let you know how many days access are allowed in order for you to complete the Course and the on-line Quizzes.
