$25 one time set up fee if you are ordering less than 12 Workbooks & would like your logo included.  Once set up, we can reorder your logo on the cover with no additional fee.

We will need a 300 dpi jpeg, pdf, or tiff format of your logo.  You may also choose to include contact information such as address & phone.  We will e-mail a proof of the cover with your logo and contact information for approval before ordering.
